Great concept for a service, though disappointed with the delay of the delivery. Ordered on Friday for Monday delivery as the website states that this is possible. My order wasn't received until Wednesday (3 working days after my ordered was placed). I called them twice to ask for ETA, the answer was always "it's coming". Good idea, not good enough service or at least, misleading information on the website (and on the phone).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Jan 7 - 11am order confirmed for Jan 8 between 11-5 and I would get a delivery notification. Jan 8- nothing happened. Jan 9- nothing happened. Jan 10- I emailed asking for the delivery receipt, they emailed me back a refund with zero explanation. I called in to the company (call center in Ottawa) and they said that their system isn't working as it should, so I didn't see the refund message that would have told me that the system missed my original order. How can they miss my order when they charge my credit card?!?!

Extremely disappointing. It’s not that they never delivered the gift I sent. It’s not that they’re courier never picked it up. It’s the fact there was no account for all of the above with a simple apology.
