Downtown Florist

I ordered a get-well bouquet through Teleflora for my daughter in Vancouver. Downtown Florist filled the order and they did a wonderful job. The service was very prompt and the arrangement is stunning. So fresh and bright and cheerful, along with an adorable teddy bear and a cute get-well sign. Would highly recommend!

The women working here are very nice. This shop has cool colored roses that I love getting. Makes a bouquet all the more unique and outstanding. My go to Florist.

Great selection but the service was rude. I was in the store for maybe two minutes and she was interrogating me about whether I was going to buy something, saying she has a 5 min policy for people who “are just browsing”. For what it’s worth, I was about to pick up a few plants likely within her timeframe, but she was just so weird about it I left and went to Trendybucks instead. I don’t think anyone would purposely loiter at a flower shop?! Most businesses just control capacity in the store for covid, so this was definitely a new approach! Edit: I appreciate your response. I think maybe reconsider asking people of their intent to purchase. I don’t have an issue with your rules, but she just seemed to think I wasn’t going to buy anything and that was an issue for her.

I have been going to Downtown Florist for years, There bouquets and arrangements are second to none, in my opinion the best in Vancouver! The Roses and Lilys last what seems like forever, always top quality. All of the Staff are extremely knowledgeable, Intuitive and very kind. They will help you get exactly what you need for any occasion! I constantly recommend them to All my friends and family.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on her birthday and she loved them. Honestly when ordering let their staff take the lead as I had no idea what I wanted, but they had a crystal clear view of what to make. Turned out fantastic. Thanks again and I will see you on Mother's Day!
