This florist has amazing service! Always helpful and friendly. I thought a plant was dead and they said it was still alive. This is when you know you’re dealing with an honest and caring vendor. They could have easily sold me on a new one! Will keep coming back again and again!
The worst customer experience I ever had, I was going to buy some flower 's plant there. but got yell by an old lady at the front with a very un-respectful tones. When I was looking at the flower, she keep looking at me and move away all the plant in front of me like I am going to steal something.. I never experience something like that in my life... it make me feel like they treat me like I am a bad homeless person, will never go back there.
Very excellent service, this was the first time I ordered flowers from here for my wife on Valentine's Day through their website. They really impressed me with their service, when my wife send me the picture with the flowers and the card, they really took extra effort to hand written my message for my wife. I'm so so happy for their service. Thank you so much!
I absolutely love this florist. They work with you and deliver. I highly recommend them great service and absolutely gorgeous product.
I was out when they attempted to deliver my birthday present, but when I got home I found a handwritten post-it note on my door saying that they dropped it at my florist’s right across the street. Great initiative! Super kind.
