My interaction with the funeral services at Rain coast was memorable. It was first time I had ever seen or was offered the option of a decorated casket - on the inside of the casket. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. The staff dressed my Aunt in her desired clothing and created a garden inside the casket with silk flowers around her and an arbor above her head. She truly looked so beautiful; my only regret is that I didn’t take a picture of it.
The staff walked me through the entire process of what was to be expected throughout the course of the funeral and was right by my side – literally. Rain coast services were available 24 hours a day, got back to me immediately and never kept me waiting.
The staff gave me all the paperwork that I needed upfront so that the progression of her end of life went as smoothly as could be. There were a lot of choices to choose from for caskets, floral arrangements and additional services.
Lastly, Rain coast had knowledgeable staff with a calm, patient and peaceful environment.
I could not have fulfilled my Aunt’s wishes without the confidence that Rain coast provided me with.
Thank you so much for all of your help, you have made a difficult time memorable with all the consideration and compassion that was extended to me.
