Wow, this place is paradise for students and book lovers. Not only does this place have a huge collection of books, they have computers, activity rooms, recording studio, green room, terrace garden, cafeteria, and is right in downtown Vancouver. It has 9 levels which can be accessed by elevators or escalators. Very systematic and organized. Staff is very helpful. Thank you VPL for a wonderful time.

My favourite place. Books books books. Shelves for new books just published. Shelves of favourite older books. Computers and printers to use. Staff always helpful. Have never left without a book or magazine

Pre Covid it was great! Almost every kind of book you could think of and lots of places to sit. There's also a nice look out garden area on the roof now. The kid section is really nice too. One of my favourite places to go in Vancouver.
