I would recommend Fusion Cine to every photographer in the greater Vancouver area. After a recall on my mirrorless lens, I started searching for a rental company so I could continue to work after sending mine in. After a phone call with Michelle at Fusion Cine about the issue, she offered me a loaner lens free of charge while mine was being fixed. This level of service is truly appreciated!

Great service! Order a part via phone and it got there early and was cheaper than quoted! Plus they have some pretty cool stuff, it's all top of the line though so don't expect low prices lol

I was told my Sony A77 was not repairable by a local camera shop here in Winnipeg. I found Fusion Cine online and after talking to the service representative I was happy to hear it could be fixed and the price that was quoted was very reasonable. I sent my camera to Vancouver for repair. Unfortunately the socket replacement didn't work. BUT...FusionCine honored the original quote and replaced the main CPU board at no extra cost! I am completely impressed by the customer service I received and highly recommend sending your damaged Sony product to Vancouver for repair. Couldn't be happier! Thanks to Michelle and the service staff in Vancouver for their excellent customer service and support! The camera was sent back to me by Purolator overnight shipping. Customer service gets no better than this.
