The staff that work here are very kind and patient, and take the time to explain the procedures and work being done to my son. They have a great payment plan, and really work with you to ensure your payments are affordable! Recently we needed some work done on his retainer and they were quick to look at it and were able to fix it in a timely manner (and for no cost, which was a huge relief!!)

My wife and my son have both been here. My son had braces and my wife had invisalign and they both had awesome experiences here. Staff go above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of!!! Will recommend them to all and everyone i know who needs their services.

Reception on duty on May 21, 2020 at 8am appointment was rude. We understand the Covid-19 Pandemic protocol but how she treat a paying customer like she is above us is unacceptable. If Docbraces tolerates employee on a private healthcare service like Orthodontics then you do not deserve my money. I will take my other kids to Horizon next door for their Orthodontics needs.
