Oakridge - 41st Avenue

Oakridge huge construction site do not any affordable housing. There's going to be 11 new tall towers but prices are extremely high for those like me who have lived and worked in this city for almost 25 years. I hoped my elected municipal government acts in favor of those who have been living and working here for many years but cannot afford ridiculously overpriced condos at Oakridge or all the corridors new developments. Please don't be indiferente, raise your voice against abusive rental and sales prices from real state companies. We need affordable housing for God's sake! Don't be indifferent!

Needs a proper remodel and expansion. With the coming Oakridge Centre and new blocks of flats along Cambie street. It seems the station will not handle the influx of passengers efficiently, at least not in its current state. The escalators are slow, there are many staircases, and missing a proper bus station? Please! What about a washroom? A 5 minute walk to the nearest? Unacceptable It's a underground station none the less.

Shops are gradually closing due to the redevelopment of the shopping mall.

Do not buy anything from the INS market, they sell used products in illegal packaging. Pretty disappointed how Canada Line doesn't do their due diligent on their vendors

Skytrains are usually on time. If it is rush hours, be prepared to get squished. If you are heading to downtown, you will need to go downstairs, walk under the tracks and back up. Annoying, especially if you are with a heavy bike or wheelchair.
