Kaslo Front Street Market

A one stop shop complete with an in house deli and pharmacy next door. I was amazed at the variety of goods packed into this small local place. The bakery area was all out of garlic bread. An employee offered to whip me up a fresh loaf if I was willing to wait a few minutes. The dedication of their employees is something you can only find in small towns like Kaslo.

Great local grocery store, they have an abundant deli section with prepared sandwiches of all sorts, take and bake pizzas, many local items like dairy and eggs from local producers, plus all the other food items you would need to stock the pantry or fridge. Easy to find staff when you have a question, and the lines move swiftly.

A fine tucked into paradise meat & grocery one stop shop, with a big focus on local. The size of the broccoli 🥦 was Philistine like. It pains me leaving Kaslo and area, I think i struggle with temporary paralysis of my good natured self when I have to say bye for the season, whilst dealing emotionally on the passing of the seasons long summer days. It was small nice grocery store they have almost all you need.

July 31st. After travelling to Vancouver Island and back to visit and help my dad I was disappointed to see that Front Street Market was doing little to manage the number of people in the store have direction of travel etc. Most chaotic retail I've experienced in 2 weeks .Great staff, I hope the staff is being paid well for their efforts. My rating is based on what I think is an environment that is a health risk. Covid19 is still very much an issue.
