A nice little shop located conveniently in the heart of Invemere.

I am all about supporting local shops but my experience at the columbia valley trading store was very disappointing. I bought what I thought were trail runners (the worker in the store repeatedly said they were) and after my second run my muscles were so stiff that I looked up the shoe online to see that what I actually bought were shoes for light hikes. I went back to the store and kindly explained my situation but the owner was rude and did not even try to help, not even an apology for giving out false information. They did not even own up to their mistake. What happened to “customers first”?
