We go to Mumford's often. The food and service are top quality and the ambience is bright with natural light, from a bank of windows with a scenic view and also relaxing. The food and drink is as local as possible, fresh, and the recipes are healthful, so tasty, and original.
Over priced limited items. Had the Beef Cheeks pasta special for $25.00.
Great fresh locally sourced food. Excellent deep beer menu with local options. A must visit if you’re in Terrace
I've been here a few times now when visiting Terrace. I've always had good service. The menu is pretty fancy for a pub, I guess you'd call it gastropub fare. I always feel like the place is trying a little too hard, or they're out of the duck pot pie, or something comes cool when it should be hot, but it seems like I'm always there late in the day or when it is packed busy. Given the service I think I'll keep giving them a chance, and that this place could easily be 4 or 5 stars.
We are on a bike trip, staying in Terrace and we came across this place. It's a little out of the way so most people would drive here. That said, the service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The menu had many items on it. Try the smelts, they were very good. They also serve local beer, so all was good. If you're in Terrace, pop in for a beer and a snack, lunch or supper.
