No public washrooms, closed to public

Staff has completely changed in the last year and now the food is awful. You can tell the burgers have been sitting awhile. The food is put together in a hurry, and the taste is definitely not what I expect from a McDonalds. It seems they are doing everything on the cheap.

Food seems always sitting under warmers which dries out burgers. Chicken tastes like it sits long before serving. Like they make a huge bulk order ahead of time. Servers in drive thru are unfriendly and seem they want to just get people through without the service we typically expect at McDonald's. They never seem to want to open up for some in. Given the money they make they could at least make our experience better

Clearly and loudly stated my entire order just to be asked to say it all again. I have a hard time understanding almost anyone that works the drive thru there. Drive thru backs up and can take longer than it should. THEY CHARGE $0.20 FOR A PACKAGE OF MCCHICKEN SAUCE
