I would strongly recommend NOT using Lilia to file your taxes. I emailed her to ask a few basic questions (ie. if she could do my personal taxes, how much would she charge and when could she do them by). She responded with a couple follow up questions (ie. asking where I was located and what I would need to bring to an appointment, looked at scheduling a time to meet, etc.). When I emailed her to tell her I would not be needed her services, she proceeded to follow up with an email and an invoice, saying I was being charged for the time spent on email. In her words...."emailing is time." At NO point in the few emails we sent back and forth did she indicate that she was racking up a bill for our email exchanges. She provide no service(s) to me and in fact she did not have any of my personal information or anything that would allow her to file my taxes. If you feel it is appropriate to be charged for sending an email to someone, then Lilia is a fit for you, if not, I suggest you look elsewhere.
