Good selection of products and random stuff

I have bought 100s of albums at many different outlets....but I strongly suggest avoiding this store at all COSTS. I bought two of my favourite records there, trying to support a "local" business (I usually order online). Brought them home....Low End Theory skipped on the first song. I was super bummed, but no big deal I thought, they will give me my money back.....WRONG! and It wasn't even 24 hours later. ...The staff argued with me, basically told me I was lying, and they wouldn't even acknowledge the disappointment. They said they would order a replacement....approx 3 weeks! PS. I can order that album to my front door in 3 days! UGH. what a bummer. I will not be going back to this store ever. With customer service like that, it's no wonder why stores like this only last a couple years, and then they are having a closing out sale. BOOOO-URNS to sunrise records.

The staff was incredibly friendly and a lot of fun. There are so many great things in the store, I easily could spend an hour or two just browsing. The atmosphere was light, fun, but also relaxing. There isn't loud music blasting, the lighting was nice and bright. Over all it was a good visit.
