McDonald's

I don't usually eat fast food. But as far as it goes our Macdonald's is as good as any. They do make good coffee! And I like those hash brown patties.

Always great food & they always fix the problem if something wrong with the order. Great customer service Love it!

Fast place. I ordered an ice cream and I did't need to wait for line. The shift supervisor do it right away to me. Well done!!!

Super busy, and they do work hard. But they have no clue how to prioritize what they're doing what so ever, poor management leads to an over crowded and unnecessarily busy.

Giving 1-Star because half-stars are not available. Always incomplete or wrong orders. Confused Staff. Argumentative staff. Inadequate customer service (and policy?). Manager's without any real resolution authority. After being handed an extra small drink and told 'there's your order' while waiting for literally everything else, then finding out the patty on my 9yr old's cheeseburger wasn't included (after we checked in the drive-thru that all items were there again) we called and they advised we can have a free cheeseburger the next time we drive-thru. I don't want a lowly cheeseburger for disappointing my 9yr old (again!). Avoid this place until their staffing and customer service policy changes.
