Decent selection for the Coast. Employees are not too enthusiastic. Bought a sofa and a couple of appliances here - no problems. Delivered my fridge the day promised. First time this has happened with any delivery since we moved to the Coast.
The worst experience ever, I ordered a chair was told the delivery date would be Oct 27th, went in on the 29th and was told that I would not arrive until Nov 12th, no call, no saying sorry for the inconvenience...nothing....never again...you have lost my business, ill go to Vancouver!!!!!!!

The worker I spoke to named Don was very hopeful and honest and was very easy to work with. Was honest about previous customer reviews of the item I was looking at and just down right helpful.
Holy cow, I was blown away by the customer service Les provided us! I've shopped at The Brick many times in the past, but this was by far the BEST service I've ever received! He went above and beyond for us and he's such a personable guy. Thank you so much for all your help! We LOVE our appliances and are confident they will last us many, many, years :)
