We have dealt with H&M Upholstery on a regular basis over the last 2 -3 years and find them to be an excellent service provider. They completed the bimini and dodger on our sailboat and did and excellent job. Looks greats, fits perfect and still good as new 2 years later. Also provided some very good recommendations for long term durability. We have gone back to them regularly for other canvas and upholstery work, supplies and advice. Always a pleasure to deal with them and impressed with their knowledge, responsiveness and assistance.

In early January 2020, I contacted Harriet and her son to completely re-upholster the cockpit seating in my boat, along with canvas work on the top. Harriet assured me that she would have a quote out to me in a few weeks.
Six weeks later I contacted her, she had been too busy, and would get it done soon.
Two months ago...I stopped into the shop...mentioned again that I was awaiting her quote...she promised, and, again, did not deliver. All the while I had been leaving phone messages wondering what was happening.
Finally, today, April 23, 2020 she spoke to me and said they were too busy to do my work...and it would be months yet before they would have an opening. I knew of two other instances where she both overpromissed and under delivered...months later.
This would have easily been a project worth over $15,000, but I guess that they just do not want my money...pity!
