Placed a large order for pickup. Once home, discovered a bee, yes, a bumblebee, right on top of the sesame chicken. They sent a new order and when asked if that was all they were willing to provide to make up for the incident, we were offered 20% our next purchase.
Unfortunately, there wont be a "next" purchase.
11.14.20: Updating that we did try to give them a second chance and utilize our 20% off for the previous incident. We were told the most they could offering is 10% if we pick up, which is available on all orders....even those who didn't get insects in their chicken.
I love buffets. Whenever I go to a city I like to try the buffet and I frequent the buffets in my home city. I have been to countless buffets over my 40 years of living. It is not an exaggeration to say that this buffet was hands down far and away the best buffet I have ever been to. The food was incredible. Honestly I was shocked how amazing it was. Literally every item was so good. You can tell they actually care about how the food tastes and how it is cooked. This buffet was so good that it actually inspired me to leave this review. My first ever Google review. Go to this place. You can thank me after.
Buffet was open. Tasty. Service was good.
Was not my favorite as foods I like not on buffet. What there was. Very tasty and hot. Fresh not reheated.
Very quiet in the restaurant due to COVID, but still had a good selection of items in the buffet including dessert items. Very clean and respecting local COVID related by-laws. Typical North American "Chinese" cuisine, but very good.
