Friendly service and are the only pet store that carries blood worms in the valley.
Always knowledgable staff .almost always have or can get what I need . Easy to navigate the store and find things . Healthy vibrant animals and always very friendly and helpful.

I got a guinea pig a few months ago that was infested with mites. Only found out when the poor thing started losing his fur. Few months later we purchased a rat here and it also has mites and a severe respiratory infection. When I called them to tell them they sold me a sick rat that could possibly die before the night is out because it can't breathe, the only thing I was told was that the manager will call me tomorrow. Meanwhile I have to watch this poor baby die. Their rodents are NOT well cared for at the store because if they were I wouldn't be bringing home 2 different types of rodents, months apart, both with mites! 0 out of 10.... Would not recommend!!
