Terrible customer service. I will never shop here again! I went in the store to get a cone of shame/inflatable collar. I was carrying my poodle, he had just been neutered and was still groggy. I asked the sale associate behind the desk where the neck cones were. She pointed to the wall beside the cash and said there. I asked for help with sizing, she said look on the package. She was not busy with other customers. I feel she did not care. I would have happily waited for help. I could not look at the packages and keep my dog in my hands. I drove back to the vet and purchased a cone there.
I love this place, its my dogs favorite store
The staff are always friendly when we’re buying food and treats but this week we went to use the pet wash with our smelly dog and it’s the best $10 I’ve spent in ages. So nice to have a clean dog and not have to scrub my bathroom walls afterwards and they made the process very easy.
