This store is clean, organized and well stocked. Proper socially distancing measures are in place and the self-checkouts are sanitized between customers diligently. I still get in and out in a timely manner.
I've always found the superstore to be clean, have lots of variety and friendly staff. I really like the optimum points and personalized deals. The only thing that stopped a 5 star rating is I find their scanning code of practice sketchy they won't honor what they call "hand done" signs and yet they're printed from a printer with a bar code on them? This seems to be a lie they use to skirt the law however since I'm unsure and find everything else about the store amazing I still gave them 5 stars
A huge selection of everything I was looking for. I shop here weekly, items on sale are always in stock. The store is clean & the staff is knowledgeable. The bakery is my favorite department everything is fresh

GLENDA IS WONDERFUL! She turned a negative experience into a positive one for me. I picked up a bag of dog food which rang through at a different price at the checkout. I addressed the issue with a worker pointing out that the item was labelled incorrectly but she refused to honour the price listed. The next day I called the store, Glenda (the manager) answered, she was friendly and apologetic and made it right with absolutely no hesitation. I've always enjoyed shopping at this Superstore location and will definitely continue in the future. Thank you Glenda for the excellent customer service!
