Managment should train staff properly before leaving them alone. I just tried to order a Chilla in the drive thru, the employee told me that they didnt know how to make it. Very disappointed in my trip here.

I have never had Robins Donuts coffee until recently - Yes believe it or not. The coffee was freshly brewed and beat Tim Hortons - no contest. And bonus points for it being on my way to work. I may get lazy about brewing coffee at home...
