My son moved back East 2 years ago he phoned them to cancel the insurance and they told him they can't he has to fly back here and sign it off personally that is just wrong and they're receiving money from somebody that's not even insured they told him they were going to put it in collections agencies hand and ruin his credit rating because he don't want to fly here and sign it off there is something really wrong with this insurance or the person that works there I just received a renewal for another year in my mail and he don't live here
