ArrKann RV Carstairs

The team at Arrkann RV in Carstairs were so lovely to work with. Due to Covid, most of the business was conducted via email and they were really quick to respond to all inquiries. On trailer pick up day, Wayne showed us how to do everything from hitch to bumper. He was a real gem and so patient. Our salesman, Travis, was very knowledgeable and he’s essentially the reason we purchased the RV we did. Alain in finance worked with us to get us the ideal payments at the best rate. Would absolutely be back when it’s time to upgrade.

Everyone was so super helpful and great to deal with, after a bad experience at another dealership it was so nice coming here. Everyone was so great and super promote with there work and service. It was definitely worth the drive, I will without a doubt bring my trailer back for any future work or repairs. Highly recommend.

Our experience trading in our trailer for a bigger one was fantastic. Bill and Alain and all the service staff were awesome to deal with. We were able to do 95% of the deal over text and email and that was perfect considering I live 45 mins away from their lot. They also had their tech help me set up my dual batteries and adjust my hitch on pickup day! I've only had the new unit out 1 night but it is awesome and I look forward to the next trip and all the ones after! Thanks for all the help guys!

I purchased a trailer in July all the way from Yukon. Alain in Carstairs was amazing!! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgable!! Alain delivered the trailer to the BC/Alberta border so we wouldn't have to isolate when we returned! We've never been so taken care of when purchasing anything, ever! I highly recommend this company!!
