I was very pleased with the Professional Services received while having two Mini Split Heat Pumps installed by Hayward Healthy Home Solutions. They encountered unforeseen circumstances and went about correcting them without question. The installation was completed regardless of time and done professionally and with pride of workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for a Mini Split Heat Pump. The options of equipment allow for everyone to enjoy home comfort to their liking.

I'm not saying that I wouldn't recommend this business. I had 2 heat pumps installed in 2018 and they work really well in Winter. I'm sure they saved me dollars since I didn't have to use my baseboard heaters, but the positives stop there. This summer one of them in my living room was first of all dripping water inside my home instead of putting it outside. Apparently that was a result of careless installation. This July 28, 2020 that same unit broke down. After several calls I got an appointment that they missed without notification. Three days later they showed and determined that the compressor was the problem and need to be replaced. It's now August 24 and I still don't have the compressor replaced while enduring some of the hottest days of summer. I fail to see where the Red Carpet service is presented.

I had a mini split heat pump installed at my Winter home over a year ago. Usually, I turned the electric heaters down to 7 degrees for the winter months. After installation by Hayward, the heat maintained a comfortable 16 degrees all winter long. With the mini split I had air conditioning in the summer months...A bonus! Because of the heat pump I used the winter house more often and with all this extra comfort, I actually saved exactly $236.00 over the exact 12 month period! I had 3 mini split heat pumps installed and everything went great. The guys were super nice and friendly. Everything looks great, works grea . Before they left they made sure I knew exactly how to run my units. Definitely would recommend anyone who needs any type of electrical work done, not just big projects, to contact Hayward's
