Closing at 1pm on Saturday is not cool on its own but when you are not even open when you advertise, well that is just aggravating. Making the move to another dry cleaner.

The price was good and the service was timely, but somehow my husband's suit became discoloured and got pulls in it.

My 900$ prom dress was ruined, it had beaded detailing on its top part and about 60 large gems were missing, when i kindly confronted them on the matter as it had been 2/2 times i had gone to them and clothing had been destroyed, i was treated with yelling and disrespect, and absolutely no refund or mentioning of ways to resolve the issue. Would not recommend their services to anyone based on their work, and poor customer service.

I've received shirts back with stains on them only to take them out myself.. Not the friendliest staff persay; had an incident where they had closed 10 minutes before the designated time and when trying to open the door, the woman began tapping her wrist and shrugging her shoulders. The next time I had went in and expressed my concern in a calm manner I was met a bit of hostility and was talked to in a demeaning manor.
