I deal with PuroClean on a daily basis and I think they are amazing!! In the case of an emergency I know who to call and my clients get a call within minutes of their claim being opened. That's what I call good peace of mind service and that's what our clients want in the case of claim that is very un-pleasant as it is. Cheers to 24/7 service and all the best for 2020!!
Avoid at all costs! I called in December 2014 while out of town to come clean up water from a room in my basement. Puroclean said they’d arrive at 11:30, but they didn’t and when I called to get an update I was told that I would have to agree to a mandatory $900 dollar charge if I wanted them to come to the house. The room was 100 sqft with a 1/4 inch of water, they completely took advantage of the situation and without any other choice at midnight I paid up.
We are VERY pleased with the quick, knowledgable and helpful services provided by the Moncton Puroclean team. They saved us over $500.00 when we almost took some poor advice from another company. Ronnie was friendly, forthright and respectful of our business operations. With their help we were able to resolve our issue in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair cost! Thank you so much for making this event a lot less awful for us..we are truely grateful
