A great place for families! A small cafe to relax with other mothers and babies. A boutique filled with Quebec and ecological products. And a large room for getting in shape!

I really enjoyed my visits to Entraide! It's a nice place, you meet moms, you can have a coffee there and even fill up with bulk cleaning products! And the staff is very empathetic and competent!

Nice boutique of Quebec products, nice cafe, possibility to buy or rent sweaters for skin-to-skin contact, breastfeeding assistance and several workshops and courses available. It's worth a visit to adopt it !!
