Ordered some flowers from here for a party. They were fine enough, but for the price I expected them to be fresh (they were not) and I also expected to be more involved in the process. They do not keep you up to date or even let you see the flowers before hand. It is all a surprise at the end that you better hope you like because they will not be fixing any of it. Poor customer service, poor experience.

I had a wonderful experience with G&L Flowers! I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day over the phone from Ontario and the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and big the arrangement was and the selection of flowers they used were just what I hoped for! My mother was very happy with her flowers and I’ll definitely be ordering from G&L again for special occasions in the future! Thank you!

Always had the flower arrangements done by the Sydney mines store for years but it is closed so done by the Sydney branch.What a change! My son send a Mothers Day arrangement to his grandmother in the nursing home and she remarked how they were poorly arranged and the flowers did not seem very fresh. If I was home at the time mine came I would not accept them as poorly put together and look at them if you turn them you can not do it . Telling my son from Toronto not ever to order them from here as the tiny flowers are starting to wilt already Sydney Mines did a great job but this 2019 Mothers day arrival were unreal and my Mom could not believe them and she is in a nursing home Clear mind and ability. So very disappointed.
