Stumbled to it , not expecting much however it was an excellent surprise , the interior is very well preserved and there are a lot of artifacts and religious art. I have been to many churches in the old and new continents and I have to say that by far this was a beautiful experience beyond many including the Notre dame Quebec Basilica. Short walk from the ferry terminal, well worth the visit to Levis.

beautiful place, we went in by chance and we were so pleased with the artworks and the history behind every piece

Large church to visit and absolutely magnificent. The art inside the church is priceless. I found this information on their website and it is fascinating: Located in Place-Royale in Old Quebec, the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires church (Notre-Dame des Victoires) is considered to be the oldest church built in stone and which still has its same walls in Canada. The church was designated a Marian sanctuary in 1855. It is located in the same place as the two "Habitations" of Samuel de Champlain, founder of Quebec. The stones of the walls of the second "Habitation" are still inside the walls of the church. Great church to visit and absolutely magnificent. The art inside the church is priceless. A church a little gray and without external decorations. Fortunately it is emphasized by the place before which the pose and strengthens it. The interior decorations too seem under emphasized.
