Great staff!! Very fast quotes but damn!!! Why is it a $900 difference on a one year vehicle policy than 2 blocks away
We have been with this cooperators for many years, but recently we cancelled our policies. We called March 22/19 to get a quote on adding 2 vehicles. They never got back to us until March 29/19. Which we had already received insurance from another company. I told the Valleyview office to cancel my policies, she said ok. I called their customer service line on April 17/19 to complaint of a withdrawal from my account for the payment of cancelled insurance. They said it wasn't cancelled and they cancelled it as of April 18/19. Our original payment withdrawal from our account was 272.26. They withdrew this amount on March 29/19 and on April 29/19 They withdrew 340.48. They said there was a cancellation fee. 68.22 more for cancelling. I phoned the office in Valleyview and asked to speak to Jimmy, the girl put me on hold, then returned and said he was to busy, I could email him. She didn't even know what it was about. This office has terrible customer service, terrible rates ( my new insurance is 400.00/year cheaper with 40,000.00 more coverage. I will never go to this office again, and I will be telling my story all across social media. In order for us to receive any money back with have to prove to them that we have new insurance. We have to take them our new policy to show them proof.
