Like your coffee
It was a great coffee shop, bakery years ago but now not so good.
Timmies is a Canadian institution, and no matter where you are in this country you know you can always grab a Tims. Coming from a Canadian citizen, any rating less than 5 stars should be considered treason. 8f there's something you don't like about the one you went to talk to them about it when you're there, saying anything negative on here won't change anything.
I've been to a lot of different Tim Hortons across the country and this is the first time I feel like I need to leave a review. Never before have I left a Tim Hortons in a better mood than when I walked in, until tonight. I'm used to the grumpy employees who look like they'd rather be dead than standing there taking your order. Just telling you how much your order costs seems to be such a diffucult task. But at this location, Shawn asked me how I was doing, served every customer with a smile, and looked like he truly enjoyed doing his job. The world needs more people like him. His customer service skills are a solid 11/10 and I hope the owner of this location sees this.
Not a big selection of baked goods. No sugar in coffee or tea, like asked for.
