Very disappointed!!! I went to pick up my pizza order tonight and they would not except my gift certificate because the owners have changed. The gift certificate says “no expiry” on it or there are no exclusions or terms or conditions on it. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Same place, address and phone number printed on gift certificate. The owner told the employee helping me to rip up the gift certificate because they wouldn’t except it and in the same breath told me to enjoy my food as he walked away. They are still using the same info about how the business was established in 1976 on their website. No mention about new ownership on their website or that anything has changed. I will not be going back. You got my last order tonight.

Medicine Hat Tops uses to be good, they changed ownership and now are terrible, the cooks can’t follow simple instructions and then put raw vegetables on pizza after instead of asking customer what they would like. No wonder they only work 4 hours a day, they can’t think on their own to be able to function.

Fantastic pizza, I highly recommend. I had the Greek all dressed #17. So yummy.
