H&R Block

Great experience. Our agent Joy made sure i get the maximum tax return.

BAD, not a good place to get your taxes done we have been using H&R Block for sevral years and this was the WORST!! The lady we had was one of the most arrogent people we have met!! our tax return went down 4K from the previouse year and she could not even explaine why? just gave us an arrogent look and a smug smile. We just walked out.. only wanted an explanation as to why the big drop!! for us this H&R office is a NEVER return to place!!!!

Very professional, short wait times and I got the tax return i was looking for. Kim did my taxes and she was great!

Although the office was very busy ; my file was handled professionally and with courtesy. It was easy to get an apt with Joy a senior staffer, but when I went Nadia was at the counter. I asked the front desk if Joy would be okay if I switched to Nadia .She had done my taxes previously No problem said Lind and Jennifer.So I dropped it off and got my AMQ discount when done.Everything was explained to me ..very happy with the personable service.Thanks,EVERYONE!

I dropped my taxes off then came back the next day and I still was there for over an hour. The girl had no idea what she was doing. It really isn't worth going.
