Horrible experience. Un-organized, files kept changing hands, taxes were filed late, hard to get a hold of people. Should have got a refund. Never again.

It is so nice having Laura there to handle all of my tax stuff. She took as long as needed to get through everything, and explained everything to me in detail so I understood. I also feel very grateful to have my FBC membership should any future audits happen. I know I'm in really great hands.

Wish there is a 0 star option. These people deserve to be locked up. Take advantage of small businesses. False fake advertising. sell You a perfect picture but deliver nothing.

Patiently works through your receipts and helpful planning for the future. Surinder has done a good thorough job for us. This is our 2nd year.

2017 I owe 14000.00 to the cra.. 2018 taxes.. still not done. 2019 taxes someone is coming march 6th.. at 6pm so my supper will be earlie or late not sure yet!!!! U have put my company in the ground. I thank you for that. Not!! Cant wait to see how much I owe in 2018 /2019. Sad very sad may have to close my doors thanks FBC.
