This school is such a gem, it is unique in the city in providing a truly bilingual (English/French) education plus a third language (spanish), which starts in grade 6. Graduates get, not only an alberta high school diploma, but also a French and spanish language diploma to open up new and exciting opportunities for them in the future. The strong academics and small class sizes drew me to the school but by far the best thing about the school is the sense of community that this school provides. I have 3 kids at the school, all of them started during the maternelle years. The school has become a close knit family during the last 5 years, the teachers and the administration truly care about the kids. The school has really stepped up during the pandemic providing an excellent on line program when the schools were closed and even an ongoing virtual program this year to accommodate children with medical issues and to those that may need to quarantine. Lycee Louis Pasteur is a truly amazing, one of a kind institution.

Very good school….we came from France and the staff was very professional helpful and understanding of the situation… we couldn’t ask for more. The teacher and assistant are marvelous and very patient. The program is complete and advance. We do recommend that school.

We have 2 children attending the Lycée and both started their journey in the FLIP program (French Language Immersive Program) at separate times. With no prior french, they each quickly caught up to their peers in a way where they did not feel overwhelmed and were able to integrate easily into their respective homeroom classes. Both kids seem to be thriving at the Lycée and love to go to school everyday.

Does not worth to send kids to Lycee. It was the biggest mistake that I made to let my kids stayed there years. To give your kids a better future, stay away from Lycee. Find a early France immersion school in your neighborhood, your kids could make more friends in the neighborhood.CBE schools have more resources than can benefit kids more. My kids like their new school more and already more friends. save the school fee and take your kids to travel and see the world, or spend on some good program. There are some bully problems too.The accent is not that important, if you want your kids to inprove French accent, register them summer camps at AF in South Calgary (17th street & 29th AVE SW)

Went to this school, as you can see there's many bots in the reviews saying that the school is good, they also sent bots to other french schools such as CFIS as you can see in the reviews, there was many bullying problems in the school too, was there for over 5 YEARS. everyone including the staff sucks, they favor anyone in the student and parent council, i was helping a friend that was constantly getting bullied and got in trouble due to the principal knowing the bullies parent.
