Pretty sure the staff here just killed an elderly woman, due to dehydration , and lack of care. all because they said they were too overwhelmed from their work. Its sad to know people pay for these type of services, only to be neglected by staff.. you couldnt trust these people to take care of a goldfish, let alone a human being.
Neglecting elderly patients to the point where they get so sick they die.... disgusting.
