Just a short drive off highway 43, Sherk’s RV park is easily accessible and the lots are spacious. The grounds are well kept and the lots are marked off by plastic bollards. But beware you don’t run into them with your RV because unlike the ones on the highways that bend when you push against them, these are reinforced with 2” steel pipe inside. 😁. We were able to rent a fire pit which comes with a load of firewood. Very convenient as it leaves no mess behind when you are done with the activities. Upon registering, we received a cloth bag with all our info, a memo pad, pen, mini flashlight and brochure. The kiddos were each given a mini flashlight! 😊. They were happy with their new acquisition. Some of the lots are shaded by trees and we were able to watch a Flying squirrel 🐿 do its thing as we sat by the fire pit. Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.

The camp Host (Susan) was very friendly and helpful. The sites were large and clean. Washrooms and showers are up-to-date and very clean. Highly recommended.

This hostess was helpful, responsive, and prepared. She gave us a Good Sam directory, welcome packet, and let us park our uhaul free of charge. Well maintained grounds and clean.

Very clean, quiet and friendly. The spaces are very large, the bathrooms are modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely love this camp ground! Full services, extremely clean, brand new looking bathrooms and showers and very nice staff. I’m just passing through but wish I could stay longer!
