This place is great the staff are friendly very professional went over all my tax return and gave me some tips for next tax season was in and out with cash return in hand in less than an hour. All around best experience I've had with tax season ever

In depth tax evaluation??? Nothing near.... getting your best return... they don't give a crapp... had to read in thier pamphlet to find out myself what could be claimed then when I asked them to go back and readjust I get told we don't do that till the end of tax season. It's been three weeks since they have had the info. The only service they provide is punching in numbers of your forms. And giving a cash back. No tax questions like they say in thier web page. No gauranteed BEST return like they boast. THANKS H&R! Think if I did my taxes with yous like I do ya guys would be of more help
