I came here for a mini vacation with my girlfriend. Although due to covid the pool was closed, We still had a good experience in this hotel. The room was well equipped with a minifridge, a microwave, a flat screen tv, and a couch. The staff were very pleasant and always seemed to want to help. This hotel gave bagged meals for breakfast, however there seemed to be no uniformity. For instance one day I got a muffin while my girlfriend got an apple. I feel that the cleaning protocols could be improved slightly as while we were laying on the bed we noticed what appeared to be a stain on the roof presumably not cleaned because it's not a common place that gets dirty and is therefore not noticed by the cleaning staff. This is why I took off a star. The other star was taken off because of the lack of warm water and pressure in the evenings. This is presumably because all of the other guests are showering at the same time. However in anticipation of the long weekend, I feel that the boilers and water pressurization pumps shouldve been turned up. I would come back to this hotel on a non busy weekend.

This hotel was a bit above the cheapest in the area. It was quite clean and looks well maintained. The rooms were clean and properly stocked. Make sure to bring ear plugs if you want to sleep good though, the walls are thin and can hear every door open and close. Overall good experience, just didn't have a good sleep.

Noisy + messy accomodations. Poor customer service. Bad breakfast. Booked a single Queen room, upon check-in asked if we could upgrade we were lied to and told that everything was sold out. We were given a room on the first floor beside the elevator closest to the lobby. The door didn't seal properly so you could hear all the conversation from the lobby pretty clearly in the room. Plus feel the vibrations from the elevator. Complained to a different hotel staff and were upgraded (not so sold out I guess). Breakfast was some stale white bread, with minimal spreads, a soft apple and some warm yogurt. Carpets, chairs, and couches in the room felt dirty to to the touch.

Terrible experience! Not clean enough. Window was jammed. One TV not working, the other one had no Closed Captioning. The so called breakfast was ridiculous. Complained and the manager never got back to me. Awful service. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
