Absolutely do not recommend accessing services here. Not one staff member has any human service or social work qualifications. If one person doesn't like you the whole organization doesn't like you doesn't matter if your a client or not. This is a government funded organization. Absolutely no confidentiality is followed by the majority of the staff. Expect to be talked about the minute you walk out the door..and the whole organization will know your business..thier friends will too..I went to a homelessness conference with the homeless corrdinator and she left me 500km away from home expecting me to find my own way home because she didn't like my Facebook post. Absolutely no attempt at conflict resolution when requested by the executive director. Just slammed the door in my face knowing I have severe disabilities. I do not recommend this organization to anyone. Very traumatic experience.
