Days Inn by Wyndham Hinton

What a great place! We've been traveling to and in Alberta for the whole week, and this is the best place we've stayed! So glad we chose to stay here. I was really put off by another Days Inn location in Calgary, so it was almost scary to trust this company immediately again. Our room felt like home when I'm far away from home. I could really rest and unwind here. Everything felt new and clean and well maintained. From different angles I could see the extra care and thoughtfulness they put in, and also from the extra towels they included. I would definitely stay here again if I come to this area. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever! First I’ll start with front desk Megan! Very very rude unprofessional and lots of eye rolling going on! Secondly, the a/c unit in my room was very loud! Kept me up all night I was staying for a few days and in the morning I got woken up to very loud staff who were cleaning the rooms! So not only was I up all night due to the a/c units but the staff in the morning woke me up. Thirdly, I found garbage under the beds and my microwave was dirty and smelt like old popcorn, toilet was rusted on the inside so clearly needs upgrading in that building and was very displeased to see there was no breakfast available. When I addressed all my concerns I got nothing but attitude from Megan. Will not stay there ever again! Definitely do not recommend!!

Smelt funky from the get go, had to run to the Walmart to purchase sanitizing items, disinfectants and air fresheners. Also visible water damage to the ceiling hence the funky smell

Great place to stay near Jasper. Only complaint is they didnt have the free breakfast because of Covid. They should at least give room service options!

First the staff - very very good very helpful cordial and courteous. Now the Hotel:- Not as described. I booked on June 27 for July 27,28 and 29 and we were in the mid of Covid 19 and inspite of knowing that they were not providing any of the services they still advertised stuff like breakfast but did not provide. Infact no services are being provided. When I entered into the room it smelled The AC makes an awful lot of noise They have rooms upstairs but no elevator. So if you can't find anything else them only come here . I would not suggest to any one
