Premium keeps rising for absolutely no reason 👍🏼 No communication either... horrible decision.

Went in to change my address...got a cheaper rate asked Melanie 3 times if my new premiums started on the 5th she said yes... old premiums came out of my account NSF of 45 by my bank at my cost for her mistake plus 25 NSF fee at the Co operator. Employee passed the blame to me
