Prior to the pandemic, I traveled every other month. Today was my first flight in 6 months. The airport understandably is a shell of it's former self. No restaurants, shops, or bars were open on a Monday afternoon; nor was Duty Free. Yet the airport was much more crowded than I expected, so clearly travel hasn't stopped. Staff were courteous and the restrooms were cleaner than ever. I'm flying Delta to Amsterdam. The runway was also less crowded than has been my experience. The flight is 3/4 full. The cabin crew is fantastic. Everything was clean and the food awesome. But having to keep a mask on hour upon hour is torture. But everyone complied. This my friends is the world of travel during pandemic 2020.

Everything and everyone was helpful. Easy to use kiosk. If your traveling I highly recommend the extra pay for check in bags. I took an empty bag for last minute shopping inside the airport for gifts, snacks... Happy Travels and stay safe 😷✈️🛬

The airport is well organized. Air train is very easy to use to move around the terminals and near districts. Yet on the other hand there are no places to rest other than the air gates chairs, not recommended to take a long (more than 3 hours) layover at this airport. Didn't find the vending machines, not sure if it is only because of Covid-19. Places to eat and drink are few, only found Dunkin Donuts at the land side closing at 8:00 Pm. If you have a layover at night you should make a better search from where you can get some food or drinks.

Lengthy lines but overall a good experience. The food was good, the options were okay, and the seating was limited at gates. If you can find an empty gate, I’d recommend sitting there or at least getting to your gate early to secure a spot. Super fun to walk around and look at all the planes. This is probably one of the biggest and busiest airports in the United States. If you're driving to this airport for the first time make sure you have more than enough time to find your terminal and you gate number. Airport is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, always following the CDC guidelines Useful tip: Do not leave your car unattended, not even for a minute because you will get a ticket You have been warned
