Called for a cab. Showed up. Gave him the drop off location. I gave him specific address! But he doesn't even check it or adds it to his GPS. Says ok he knows where it is. And then starts taking on the phone with someone while driving with the other hand. And takes a wrong turn into a huge residential area with one entrance and exits, and then asks "HERE"? I knew he was trying to rip me off! Made me extremely angry,
because he knew it wasn't the location so if I corrected him he'd have to drive all the way around back to the point where he made a wrong turn and make a few extra bucks. without paying him a single extra dollar. I said "Yeah" and got off. Very poor experience! And not even nice to their passengers. There are Very few that are nice and considerate and they try having a conversation with u. But overall, majority of drivers are just frauds!
Something needs to change about the culture with these drivers. The service is never friendly. Instead they act intimidating and rude. It makes for a really uncomfortable ride and then they just assume you’ll tip them and keep your change, but at this point you’re too afraid to say anything. It’s a really awful way to run a business and there seems to be zero accountability for the drivers. It’s kind of embarrassing for the city of Ottawa, that their well-known cab company operates this way.
Not just once
I make my order long time ahead i asked her to arrive on a specific time..
The taxi arrived 10 or 15 minutes early and leave exactly on the time reserved to him..
It seams that no communication between admin. And drivers..
They don't register your inquiry or they do and tge driver don't follow the request

I made a phone complain and no body even apologize about low quality service.
Administration don't have control on taxi at all..
I saw here BAD reviews and low service quality reviews and no manager even reply or explain or offer solutions to reviewers..
Driver was so late i lost my lil brother to the cold, merry Christmas is what he said when he dropped me off afterwards
Waited for the reserved cab to pick me up to the airport. Never showed up and never even informed me that they ain't coming. Good thing I have Uber app.
