I have always loved this place. Haven't been there in a while but it was every summer for many years, first all the way east, then west. Everyone was always helpful, the trains were almost always on time, and the building itself is stunning old architecture.

This will be my first trip with VIA Rail to Toronto been to this city thousands of times I’m giving it 5 stars cause union station is such a beautiful station.walked through this majestic hub and was completely awestruck looking forward to it I’m sure i will not be disappointed

A large train station with a lot of history. The layout of the main hall is simple in layout. There is a multi-year renovation and new layout of the basement level. Looking really good even though not everything is complete.

Great station with efficient service but not sure how there is virtually no sanitizer stations in an area that provides services to the masses mid pandemic.
