Friendly and helpful office staff, product delivery on time, driver called ahead to arrange drop-off time, careful, conscientious, very helpful with unloading pallet.

The truck delivery guy was super rude. He didn't want to bring shipments in the store. I told him to bring the products in the store. He got really angry and threw our products around. He still didn't bring products in the store.

Waiting on 2400$ worth of furniture... wait around all day and take time off work to be told at 3pm that they misplaced all our paper work and my shipment didn't even make it on the truck.
