Paladin Security Edmonton

Their management is all smiles but the end product leaves much to be desired. This company has a poor reputation that taints the brand of anyone who hires them. You can do much better than Paladin.

I have worked with Paladin, Garda and Commissionaires Commissionaires are by far the best security company in Edmonton for the employees, best benefits, nice sites and higher wages and proper uniforms. Paladin comes second, they usually pay a dollar more than a minimum wage, they give you some basic training and then they forget that you even exist. You’ll get some overtime though. Their benefits are better than nothing.. Garda is the worst company I’ve worked in everything I mentioned previously.

Worked with them years ago. They’re management only is smiles and helps when it benefits them. As per guards. Most barely have adequate trait if any at all

I have been working with paladin since march 2020, i have nothing bad to say about this company 😄, the pay is comparable to other companies, i have always been given proper training and ppe when I'm doing my job, i love my stay so far 😁👍

I'm afraid I don't have anything nice to say about Paladin! I've seen their guards bully First Nations people on more than one occasion. Their guards just aren't employing descalation techniques they need to be using to be successful. Ratcheting up the level of a confrontation puts everyone at risk and makes them and their clients look really bad. Judging by the other reviews, it's a problem that they're not properly acknowledging. They keep saying they have good training and that they'll fix problems, but some of those responses are years old. They know how to sound professional, but following through and actually doing the right thing continues to be a problem for Paladin.
