Tim Hortons

Meals are getting smaller and how is a boston creme not a classic donut?? Been with tim hortons longer than ive been alive. Oh you cant get one with a meal. Only classic donut!! I guess canadian maple is a specialty as well!

First time arriving into Edmonton and headed straight to Tim Hortons (besides exit door 8) and the experience with Erlinda (Emp # 5005) was Horrible. She was Rude and Arrogant. She messed up the order and was not followed food Hygiene during covid-19 days. Upon requesting her to take caution with glove changing as she was handling cash and trying to prepare food with the same gloves she was getting angry at her customers. My kids and I were extremely disappointed with ger unfriendly and Very Rude service. Is this normal at Tim Hortons now? Called and made a complaint. I was promised a call back but no one followed up!! Is this Nomal at Tim Hortons?

Standing in line right now for the last 5 minutes. You are lined up 20 deep and have one till running. In reading others reviews I'm seeing a common theme here. Least efficient Tim's in Canada, being you are the only Tim's on this side of security I anticipate this is acceptable. People both in front of me and behind me have left while I've been waiting. You are losing money by trying to cut costs.

Name says it all. Best coffee chain in Canada. Everything available is to the expectations. I love to be here often.

Services are alright. The food counter attendants need training in customer care and be efficient as well. Anyhow, at least we have a Tim Hortons at the airport 😀
