Hair in icecap. Was missing hashbrowns in farmers wraps. Missing a muffin. And no caramel shots in coffee even after asking. They also had the icecaps tasting ..off. but that could be cause of the hair. Maybe the shampoo made it taste 👎 terrible. Just terrible. Don't go here Go to literally any other timmies. Staff was rude too. Unreal

Have tried stopping numerous times and always have a trailer on so drive-thru can't be utilized both times around supper time their doors are locked to walk in traffic, tims app says dine in till 8. It was 6pm today and doors locked, no signage saying closing at any earlier time. Have tried walking through the drive thru also and they either walk away as soon as they see you coming or will just stand and stare at you without offering to serve you. Huge disappointment after being customers here for years we will no longer even be bothered to waste our time offering them our money.

We took our granddaughter and went through the drive thru and everything was great!

Stopped on the way. Nice and clean, ready for covid. No issue with the order.

Went there this morning at approximately 7:00 am I was only one in line up at drive thru I asked for a apple fritter and xl coffee 2 cream 1 sugar I got super sweet coffee probably 2 sugars and some weird muffin I couldn't eat. I tried to phone and I got hung up twice. I go here every morning and they mess my coffee up at least 1/2 the time but now I paid for something i can't even eat. Not to answer the phone is unexceptable. I will go to the one in leduc from now on harder to get into but at least they don't mess up my orders all the time.
